SHIPPING POLICY 

GIMMICK is in hand and ready to ship. Please allow 7-14 days for tracking information and shipping.

Free shipping on orders over $300 (US only).

Basketcase LLC is an independent label run by Zach Kinninger and his friends out of Los Angeles, CA. We have no corporate cosign or funding. We are using local printers, everything is hand-packed, we create all the content. Thanks for supporting thoughtful and independent design.

RETURN POLICY

All printable & embroidery items are Final Sale due to the limited nature of the product.
Uniform items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

You have a 7 day window from the delivery date to request an exchange.
Once approved, you will have 10 days to return the product back to us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

International customers, please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or edits to the order.

We do not cover taxes and duties associated with international shipments. Our international carrier will contact you directly for any fees associated with international shipments. Please make sure to provide your email address and telephone number. 

PACKAGE PROTECTION - DAMAGE, THEFT, LOST PACKAGES

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Route is automatically added to your cart, but can be removed at checkout if you choose. We will not be able to assist you with any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if you do not have Route package protection in your order. 

CARE

We always recommend hand washing all products in cold water or dry cleaning to extend the life of the garment.

Please make sure to hang dry all products to maintain the quality of the print. Machine drying garments will distress a print over time.

All of our vintage black garments use a unique pigment black dye that is designed to fade evenly over time. Crocking in the pigment is completely normal and expected for the first few cycles of wears and washes. We advise that you wash these garments alone or with like colors and hang to dry.
